

Spicy Ramen noodles are wheat based noodles dish that has become increasingly popular in many countries. People love ramen noodles because they are a convenient easy to prepare, meal that comes in a variety of flavors. This stir fry can be modified in any ways you like. You can add your favorite toppings like egg,fried onion, fried mushroom and other veggies. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, so it is best option for those who are busy and do not have enough time to make dinner. Specially sometime students prefer ramen noodles during their busy schedule and exam periods.
How to cook Spicy Ramen noodles
Cooking Ramen noodles is a quick and easy process. Start by bringing a pot of water by boil and adding the Ramen noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until to the tooth (al dente), drain and rinse with cold water. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add crushed garlic, green chili, spring onion and any veggies you like. When vegetables become soft add ingredients like regular soy sauce, tomato sauce, ramen spices (available in ramen packet), chili flakes, salt, ramen noodles and mix them well. Within 1-2 minutes your Ramen noodles is ready to serve. Add your favorite toppings and garnish with sesame seeds, spring onion and cilantro.
Steps to cook Ramen noodles


Step 1:- Boil and drain Ramen noodles, and keep aside.


Step 2:- Heat cooking oil and fry onion.


Step 3:- Add veggies according to availability and saute for 3-4 minutes.


Step 4:- Add boiled Ramen noodles and season with tomato sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes, ramen spices, salt and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.


Spicy Ramen noodles is ready garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves before serving.

- 1 Cooking pan
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Ramen noodle
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
- 1 tsp regular soy sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- As per taste green chili
- As per taste salt
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
- For garnishing Sesame seeds
- For garnishing Cilantro
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until to the tooth (al dente).
- Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add crushed garlic, green chili and chopped spring onion.
- Now add the vegetables you like ( i prefer green peas and carrot) and saute.
- When vegetables become soft add the ingredients like regular soy sauce, tomato sauce, ramen spices, chili flakes, salt and ramen noodles. Mix them well
- After frying for an additional 2 minutes your ramen noodles will be ready to serve.
- Before serving add your favorite toppings and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
