C momo

- 10 pieces of momo dumpling
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 3 inches Ginger
- 2 pieces Green chili
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 medium sized Tomato
- 1 medium sized Capsicum
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 tsp Cornstarch slurry
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- As per taste Chili flakes
- As per taste Salt
First of all deep fry momo until golden brown color appears.
Heat an oil in a cooking pan and saute finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chili for a minute.
Add onion and capsicum, saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato at the last and saute for a minute.
Now pour the mixture of soy sauce, tomato ketchup and chili flakes.
To thicken the sauce add slurry of cornstarch.
Season with black pepper and salt.
At last add fried crispy momo and mix them well.
Your c momo is ready to serve.
