Here i am going to share my recipe for healthy Broccoli.

- 250 grams Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 inch ginger
- 2 green chili
- As per taste salt
- As per taste red chili powder
First of all cut the head part of Broccoli and wash with clean water. Boil Broccoli until tender with less amount of water in such a way that all water must be evaporated and Broccoli must be tender. Do not over cook it. After a boil take out in a plate and keep aside.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chili until golden brown. Season with black pepper and salt.
Add boiled Broccoli and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle chili flakes and mix it well your healthy Broccoli is ready to serve.
