Broccoli is a nutritious green vegetable with a crunchy stem and florets. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Broccoli can be eaten raw, steamed, roasted or sauteed and is a great ingredient for many dishes. Regularly consuming broccoli can help support a healthy immune system and overall health. Here i am going to share my recipe for healthy Broccoli.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 2 green chili
  • As per taste salt
  • As per taste red chili powder

Instructions
 

  • First of all cut the head part of Broccoli and wash with clean water. Boil Broccoli until tender with less amount of water in such a way that all water must be evaporated and Broccoli must be tender. Do not over cook it. After a boil take out in a plate and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chili until golden brown. Season with black pepper and salt.
  • Add boiled Broccoli and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle chili flakes and mix it well your healthy Broccoli is ready to serve.
