Paneer salad

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams paneer
  • 100 grams sprouted chickpeas
  • 100 grams sprouted mung bean
  • 50 grams peanut
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 2 pieces green chili
  • For garnishing fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin and coriander powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • As per taste normal salt
  • As per taste black salt
  • As per taste red chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut the paneer to diced shape. Roast peanut and peel it
  • In a mixing bowl transfer paneer, sprouted chickpeas, sprouted mung bean and peanut.
  • Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Toss black pepper, normal salt, black salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin and coriander powder.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and mix all ingredients well. Your paneer salad is ready to serve.
