Chatpate
Chatpate is quick and extremely easy to prepare. To make chatpate all you need to do is prepare your ingredients, which mostly involve slicing,dicing and chopping the veggies. Once you have your ingredients ready, simply toss them in a large bowl and give them a quick mix.

- 250 grams Puffed rice
- 50 grams Roasted and peeled peanuts
- 50 grams Noodles
- 50 grams Boiled potatoes
- 50 grams Sev bhujiya
- 50 grams Yellow peas
- 50 grams Roasted grams
- 50 grams Cucummber
- 20 grams Cilantro
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 medium sized Tomato
- As per taste Green chili
- .5 tsp Black salt
- .5 tsp Normal salt
- 1 tsp Chatpate masala
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- As per taste Red chili powder
- .5 tsp Pure organic mustard oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Firstly toss Puffed rice in a big mixing bowl
Toss all ingredients one by one
After adding all sliced and diced ingredients mix them well
Add pure organic mustard oil
After mixing all ingredients your Chatpate is ready
Chatapate can be prepared by adding any ingredients you like. Here spices are compulsory. Some ingredients can be replaced by others like noodles can be replaced by dalmot, Roasted grams can be replaced by roasted black beans.
